A copy of a birth certificate or notarized statement will be requested
for ages 9-16 for individual registration and insurance with
NSA. Team insurance will be provided for 5-6 and 7-8 leauges.

All girls who register will have the choice to play on either
a recreation team or a competitive team. No girls will be cut.

COST: Registration fee is $25.00 for ages 5-8 and $30.00 for
ages 9-16. Please make checks payable to Central Nebraska Girl's
Softball Association and mail with completed registration form.
This fee will pay for insurance. awards, umpires etc.. A t-shirt
will be provided by each team sponsor for all the girls 8 and
under - Uniforms for girls 9-15. Girls selected to a recreational
All-Star Team will be provided a seperate uniform at no cost.
Note: Teams will be formed by April 30, 2008. Recreational League
begins May 19, 2008. Girls 7-16 interested in playing with Scorpions
or in All-Star Competitive Programs should contact the league representative
for their age group at www.cngsa.org before April 30, 2008.
